Turn Up Your LifeForce

Turning Up Your Life Force

Deep Growth is embodied. Deep growth means being fully present in the physical reality, while at the same time being aware that everything is energy. What used to be seen as particles of matter such as protons and electrons, science has shown are in fact mostly, if not completely, energy. When we charge up our life force, we are literally bringing more life to our physical body as well as charging up and amplifying all Four Forces when we are conscious of them. When we are charged up, our senses can become even more heightened (deep Connection). We have more fuel to create with, and more desire emerges (Expression). When we are filled with life force, we are more impactful to the greater good.

Here are some simple things you can do that increase life force:

  • Take a step, any step, toward your experiment or intention.
  • Imagine your intention as happening now, feel how good it feels.
  • Dance, walk, run… move.
  • Do something that you enjoy, and gives you pleasure.
  • Challenge yourself. Do something that scares you, or that requires you to learn something.
  • Get sexy. Dress up, flirt, or consciously cultivate your sex life.
  • Play hard. Wrestle, do cartwheels, even have a friendly competition.
  • Stomp your feet, yell, or sing at the top of your voice.
  • Get Silly. Splash in puddles, play in mud.
  • Try something new that you haven’t done before.
  • Take deep breaths and relax.
  • Try Kundalini yoga, Wim Hof or Holotropic Breathwork®.
  • Surround yourself with round, colorful, abundance.

This last one might seem unusual, but in her book, Joyful: The Art of Finding Happiness All Around You, Ingrid Fetell Lee shares her studies in how the world around us can create joy. She speaks of color as vitality and life force, roundness and abundance as a source of joy. Simple things like confetti or bubbles can make us happy. When we are in deep Growth, we are in a dance with all aspects of life, including our physical environment. Joy is those moments of intense pleasure and vitality. Joy is an outcome of deep Growth in combination with the other forces.

By taking these steps to consciously increase our life force, we also begin to rewire ourselves, allowing our capacity to grow.
