For many years, I offered weekly in person classes in my living room. Each class was created spontaneously as I felt into what wanted to happen and what was needed by the group that showed up.

Often revealing new teaching and emergent practices, these classes where a invaluable part of my developing The Four Forces, as well as my own learning.
